EASTER HAIR STYLE IDEA FOR LITTLE GIRLS

We plan to put KC's hair into a SOCK BUN. ...This idea came from her Auntie..All the big girls are wearing the SOCK BUN....All  she did, was rolled a small sock around a ponytail that was put on top of her head, and tuck her hair evenly around the sock.  On Easter we will use a darker sock, but for now we  use a old white sock.  On Easter we  will add a Big Bow or Ribbon to add that little girl style to it...

STRAIGHTEN MALIA'S HAIR BY BANDING THE HAIR THE DAY BEFORE....

Did a banding style on Malia's hair on Friday last week then the next day tried to see if the curls would stay relaxed for a few hours....Since Malia's hair is soooo curly I figured  the  curls would relax for just a little while..  Well, I got about 6 hours, but the curls were forming a little at a time.  By the end of the 6 hours the curls were on the ends.  The curls came back  but they were bigger and more soft looking.  It was a very good look.  Pictures show day before in the banding style and the next day after taking out the bands.  Since Malia is to young for straightening this is a good way of getting a similar look...

Memories:  Remembering back to Kc first and second Halloween. Just sharing.......

Not quite a MoHawk...

This is our attempt of a MoHawk on 2 year old Kc.  It took about 20 minutes and it was done on hair that was dampen with the Aloe Vera Juice and Glycerin.  After braiding up to similate a Mohawk, the ends was twisted.  Notice the front, a little crisscross then tucked with a rubberband. The Shea Butter, Coconut mixture was put on after the style was done. Looked pretty good for 2 days   Just had to share.......

BANDING FOR SOFT CURLY BABY HAIR.....

Malia is here today without Kc.  Just here with Grandma...Its still warm about 78 degrees...After breakfast  we did our hair and change clothes. I'm posting pictures of todays outfit (top, left).  HelloKitty top and red tutu, so cute.  I've also figured out a way to keep Malia hair up, by banding.  The hair is so soft and curly that trying to put in ponytails is hard because everything just slips out of the hair.   Banding seems to hold it all day.So if your girls have the soft curly hair that wont hold rubberbands or bows..try banding it might work for you.  I purchased Goodie colorful rubberbands, yes rubberbands, but I will start using the scruchie ones when Malias hair gets thicker.   Oh yeah after lunch Malia gets in the baby pool and end up soaking wet from head to toe..O boy its going to be a long day....ANYWAY,  Check out these styles done with Banding.....
